This paper proposes a strategic framework for ESG business transformation and pathway management with Net-Zero policy. A government-academia-industry alliance is formed for sustainable system development in Nangang Software Park.
Nangang Software Park is a smart industrial park planned and established by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The industries are dominated by knowledge-intensive industries such as IC design, digital creativity, biotechnology, and cultural creativity. The park is located close to the Nangang Exhibition Center and Taipei Popular Music Center, as well as well-known research institutions such as Academia Sinica, National Taiwan University, and National Chengchi University, providing abundant industry, government, academic, and research resources. It is expected that through all-round resource investment, the park will improve the quality of software products, enhance the competitiveness of my country's software, and accelerate industrial upgrading. The park will move towards the goal of becoming the "Asia-Pacific Software Center" and the "All-Asia R&D Headquarters."
